Cross Roller Slew Bearing Crane YRT50

Cross roller bearing is a special type of bearing with inner ring segmentation and outer ring rotation. Due to its unique structure, it is commonly used as a joint bearing in industrial robots.
  The design of YRT series large slewing bearings can provide high rotational accuracy and stiffness in a small space, greatly saving material costs. This type of bearing is installed by crossing two sets of bearing raceways and rollers at a right angle, with adjacent rollers facing in opposite directions. Isolation blocks are installed between rollers, and support washers are also installed on the rollers, which allows the two half columns of rollers to be accommodated in the same space. The angle and conical geometry of the bearing make the effective span of the bearing several times larger than the actual width of the bearing itself.
  The YRT series large slewing bearings are suitable for high-speed machine tool applications, such as vertical boring machines and vertical grinders. It is also particularly suitable for many devices with limited space and high rotation accuracy requirements.
