NKIB5901 Combined Needle Roller Ball Bearing

Combination needle roller bearing is a compact precision mechanical unit composed of radial needle roller bearing and thrust bearing or angular contact ball bearing. It belongs to the category of bearing unit and is mainly used in machine tools, metallurgical machinery, textile machinery, printing machinery and other fields, which can simplify the design of equipment mechanical systems.
This bearing can withstand high radial loads and unidirectional/bidirectional axial loads simultaneously through the combination of needle rollers, thrust balls, cylindrical rollers, or angular contact balls. The main body is made of GCr15 bearing steel, and the hardness of the needle roller and ring quenching reaches HRC60-65. The cage is made of low carbon steel or reinforced nylon, which meets national standards such as JB/T8877.

  The axial load of NKIA and NKIB series bearings shall not exceed 25% of the radial load. The support for alternating axial loads must be installed facing each other. The thrust bearing components must be subjected to a preload of 1% of the axial basic rated static load. When using a plastic cage (suffix TN), continuous operation should not exceed the operating temperature+120 ° C. The thrust bearing components should move freely in the bearing seat.
