The 6205NSE bearing is a high quality deep groove ball bearing. Featuring a single contact seal for effective dust protection while maintaining low rotational friction.
A sealing cover that is in contact with bearing components that move relative to it and has no gap. This sealing form generates frictional heat during rotation due to direct contact between the sealing element and the mating element, which easily leads to lubrication problems. The contact surface is prone to wear and tear, resulting in a decrease in the sealing effect of the bearing and a failure to meet the required quality of the bearing. Therefore, contact sealed bearings are only suitable for medium and low-speed working environments, and require the surface hardness of the shaft in contact with the seal to be greater than 40HRC and the surface roughness Ra to be less than 0.8 um. only one side contact seal bearing we call it 6205NSE bearing,two side contact seal bearing we call it 6205-2NSE bearing.
