The caged needle bearings assembly is an independent rolling element, suitable for situations where the journal surface and housing hole can be directly used as a raceway. Capable of achieving high load-bearing capacity and high rigidity design with minimal structural space. The retaining frame is made of high-quality steel. The distance between the two guide surfaces is wide, which ensures the stability of needle rolling guidance and maintains the correct position of the needle rolling. This component has strict technical requirements for the surface hardness (HRC60) and roughness (Ra ≤ 0.63 μ m) of the matching journal and housing holes. Some models can be made into a split structure for installation and disassembly, with the code KS.Despite having a smaller cross-section, the bearing still has a high load-bearing capacity, resulting in a compact radial structure. Its inner diameter and load capacity are the same as other types of bearings, with the smallest outer diameter, making it particularly suitable for support structures with limited radial installation dimensions.

Bearings should be injected with an appropriate amount of lubricating grease before installation.
