The cam and follower bearing is similar in structure to the single-row and double-row bearing type rollers, but the inner raceway is replaced by a large-section bearing bolt with fixing threads and lubrication holes. With thicker outer rings and rolling elements with a specific outer surface profile, the cam and follower bearing can carry high radial loads as well as axial forces caused by slight misalignment and tilting movements. It is suitable for applications such as cam drives, bed guides and conveying equipment. The cam and follower bearing has a variety of structural designs and can be equipped with an eccentric sleeve, which provides higher loads while being easier to use and install.

Seal
The bolt-type roller has seals on both sides. And according to different product series, different forms of sealing structures are configured. The sealing form can be referred to the corresponding parameter table.
Lubrication
The cam and follower bearing is filled with carbide grease when it leaves the factory and can be relubricated through the special oil hole of the bolt shaft. It can be relubricated with equivalent grease. If special lubricants are required, please contact K1S technical department.
Operating temperature
The temperature range of the bearing type roller is -30°C to +140°C. For the sealed bearing (suffix 2RS), the operating temperature range is -30°C to +120°C. Due to the limitations of grease and sealing materials, the suitable operating temperature range for bolt type rollers KR, KRV and KRE series is -30°C to +100°C.
