Advantages of f206 flange bearing
1. Excellent corrosion resistance: f206 flange bearing is not easy to rust and have strong corrosion resistance.
2. Washable: f206 flange bearing can be washed down without having to re-lubricate the oil to prevent the penalty of rust.
3. Can run in liquid: due to the materials used, we can run the bearings and bearing seats in liquid.
4. Slower dry-up speed:f206 flange bearing does not require oil or grease for corrosion protection. Therefore, if the speed and load are low, there is no need for lubrication.
5. Hygienic: stainless steel is naturally clean and does not corrode.
6. High heat resistance:miniature steel balls bearing equipped with high temperature polymer cages or without cages in a complete fill structure can run at higher temperatures ranging from 180°F to 1000°F.
The main causes of f206 flange bearing fracture failure are defects and overload. When the applied load exceeds the material strength limit and causes the parts to break, it is called overload fracture. The main cause of overload is sudden failure of the main engine or improper installation. Microcracks, shrinkage holes, bubbles, large pieces of foreign debris, overheated tissues and local burns of bearing parts will also cause fractures at the defects when impact overload or severe vibration occurs, which is called defect fracture.
It should be pointed out that during the manufacturing process of bearings, the factory re-inspection of raw materials, forging and heat treatment quality control, and processing process control can be correctly analyzed by instruments to see whether the above defects exist, and control must be strengthened in the future.
