Features: Low noise, low friction, high precision, and long lifespan. Because the contact between the balls and the linear shaft is point-contact, friction is low, resulting in high motion accuracy.

Installation: When inserting the heavy duty linear rails into the linear bearing, align it with the center and insert it slowly; otherwise, the balls may fall out or the cage may deform.
When pressing the heavy duty linear rails into the bearing housing, do not directly impact the outer cylinder side retaining ring and oil seal. Use a special tool to evenly press it in.
Due to its structural characteristics, heavy duty linear rails are only suitable for linear motion and not for rotary motion, as this will affect the bearing's service life.
Dust Prevention and Lubrication: heavy duty linear rails are only coated with anti-rust oil at the factory, which does not provide lubrication. It is recommended to clean and dry the bearing before use, and then apply grease.

Shavings will greatly reduce bearing life. Dust and dirt will clog the cage ball tracks, preventing the balls from rotating and causing cage damage and ball detachment. Sealed bearings can be used in general dusty workplaces. In dusty environments such as woodworking machinery and foundry machines, additional seals should be added to both ends of the bearing to prevent dust ingress and reduce grease consumption.
