The linear motion bearing block is a low-cost linear motion system primarily used with cylindrical shafts to achieve unlimited stroke motion. It employs a bearing ball-to-shaft point contact structure, characterized by low load and low frictional resistance, making it suitable for sliding components in electronic equipment, 3D coordinate measuring machines, multi-axis machine tools, punch presses, and other industrial machinery. The outer cylinder material undergoes heat treatment to achieve high hardness, and combined with a resin-molded retainer and steel ball circulation system, it achieves high-precision, smooth motion and low-noise operation.
The linear motion bearing block is made of aluminum alloy with electroplating, providing corrosion resistance and rust prevention. The positioning clamp assembly uses an electric push rod to adjust the position of the positioning plate, eliminating misalignment caused by manual fixing and improving assembly accuracy. Standardized design ensures interchangeability of parts, allowing for direct replacement of damaged components during maintenance. Some models are equipped with a hollow square rail structure, which can accommodate protective cables and is suitable for torsional linear motion applications. The lubrication system can be selected from grease lubrication or oil lubrication depending on the operating environment. Grease lubrication requires the use of lithium soap-based grease.
Linear motion bearing blocks are widely used in precision equipment such as electronic devices, tensile testing machines, and digital three-dimensional coordinate measuring equipment, as well as sliding parts of industrial machinery such as multi-axis machine tools, punch presses, tool grinders, automatic gas cutting machines, printers, card sorting machines, and food packaging machines.
