Hi,I'm looking for NTA 1220 bearing,do you have stock?
The customer left detailed contact information, including phone number, fax number, company name, and address. I added his WhatsApp and confirm with him quantity brand stuff. How many sets of nta 1220 bearing are needed? if you have other required, kindly please tell me together.
The customer quickly replied that they needed to purchase several samples first,to test if can suit their device.And he sent me a picture to avoid misunderstanding.According to the info given,we can ensure the model client need is nta 1220 bearing.Since this is different types from AXK series,we need ensure.If matches,they will order more."Great.In fact, we need 1000 pcs per year. kindly please give us a discount. wha's the payment method? can you send us the sample quickly?"After conversation,I sorted out a quotation list immediately.Which includes different price,sample 10 pcs,and 1000 pcs price.And lead time we need.
It's a real long coopeartion customer. We also want to promote the first order as soon as possible. So we shipped samples quickly.And for 1000 pcs of nta 1220 bearing,we gave good discount.For payment item we deal, it's 50% deposit+50% against the packing picture,pay via T/T. Now,what we can do is wait for client receiving sample and test them.
The days really can become very hard and slow when you look forward to something.Days,weeks,months.We are still waiting for customer's feedback.Almost 3 months,we got info from customer finally.He said everything goes well.The bearing pass the test,it performed well on their device.
