Key points for installing NTA 1423 bearings
Cleaning and positioning: Before installation, be sure to thoroughly clean the shaft neck and bearing seat with non-woven fabric to ensure that there are no impurities. Pay attention to distinguishing between the tight ring (attached to the shaft shoulder) and the loose ring (facing the bearing seat), especially for one-way bearings, the direction should be distinguished.
Precise assembly:
It is recommended to use a press to vertically press the inner ring, and it is forbidden to strike the outer ring to avoid damage.
Alternatively, an oil bath can be used to heat the bearing to 80-100 ℃ and quickly insert it, taking care not to let the bearing touch the bottom of the oil tank.
Tightening and testing: Immediately fix the inner ring with a locking nut after installation, and use a dial gauge to check the axial clearance (controlled at 0.05-0.1mm), and finally apply anti rust oil.
