Regular Maintenance:
① Before use, apply grease to the inner ball bearing rows of the round shaft linear bearing. Replenish as needed. Grease forms an oil film on the surfaces of the steel balls and rolling surfaces (guide shaft and bushing) of a linear bearing, effectively reducing friction and preventing sintering. Grease depletion and aging significantly impact the lifespan of linear bearings.
② Recommended grease: Lithium soap-based grease.
③ Recommended grease interval: Typically every 6 months.
④ For long travel distances, grease every 3 months is recommended, or if the travel distance exceeds 1000km within the specified range, use 1000km as the reference.
⑤ For round shaft linear bearings subjected to large torque loads (eccentric loading), a single-shield type is not suitable; double-shield or multiple single-shield types are recommended.
⑥ For linear bearings with low-temperature hard chrome plating, the inner diameter does not undergo surface treatment.
