7312 BECBJ Precision Angular Contact Ball Bearing

7312 BECBJ is a single row angular contact ball bearing.Belonging to the precision spindle bearing series.Widely used in scenarios such as machine tool spindles and high speed motors that require high speed and accuracy.
1、 Basic core parameters
Size specifications: inner diameter 60mm, outer diameter 130mm, single set thickness 31mm.Face-to-face pairing (DF) total thickness 62mm.
Weight: Each set weighs approximately 1.8kg.And the total weight after pairing is 3.60kg.
Material: High carbon chromium bearing steel (GCr15).The cage is stamped from steel plate.And brass and nylon materials are also available.
Contact angle: The standard is 40 °.And it also supports customization of various contact angles such as 15 °, 25 °, and 30 °.

7312 BECBJ Precautions for installing pairing core
1. Preparation before installation
Only remove the bearings from their original packaging during installation.To avoid contact with pollutants such as dust and water vapor.
The installation area should be kept dry and dust-free.Away from processing equipment that generates chips and dust.
Inspect the supporting components such as shafts, bearing seats, and seals in advance.And thoroughly clean any remaining machining debris.
New bearing rust inhibitors generally do not require cleaning.Only wiping the inner and outer surfaces. When the lubricant is incompatible with the rust inhibitor.It needs to be rinsed and dried.
2. Pairing installation specifications
This bearing is a universal assembly type.And when paired face-to-face (DF).No additional shims are required to obtain standard clearance.
When installing in pairs.It is necessary to ensure that the two bearing end faces are completely aligned with the shaft shoulder or spacer.And the torque of the locking device meets the requirements of the equipment manual.
It is prohibited to directly strike the bearing rings, retainers.And rolling elements.And installation pressure must not be transmitted through the rolling elements.
The interference fit surface can be coated with a thin layer of light oil.And the clearance fit surface needs to be coated with anti creep corrosion agent.
3. Verification after installation
After installation.Manually rotate the shaft to confirm that there is no jamming or abnormal noise.And the outer ring can rotate flexibly.
The paired bearings need to be retested for axial play to ensure that the clearance is within a reasonable range of 0.02~0.05mm.
Continuously monitor the bearing temperature within 1-2 days after the first start-up.And the normal temperature rise rate should be ≤ 5 ℃/15min.
