Bearing 6002 10 is a customized non-standard single-row deep groove ball bearing specially developed for equipment requiring a 10mm inner bore while keeping the outer dimension of standard 6002 bearing (32mm outer diameter, 9mm width). Marked with 2RS, this model is equipped with double-sided synthetic rubber contact seals, separating it from open-type and ZZ metal shield bearings. It is also interchangeable with LR200-2RS equivalent bearing for cross-brand replacement needs. Made of high-hardness GCr15 chrome steel, this miniature sealed ball bearing integrates low friction, dustproof performance and stable load capacity, widely favored by equipment manufacturers for small motors, power tools and automation accessories.

1.Custom Non-Standard Size Matching
Different from standard 6002 bearing with 15mm bore, bearing 6002 10 adopts a reduced 10mm inner hole to match special small shafts without changing the original bearing housing size. Customers do not need to redesign equipment shells, greatly saving mold modification and production costs.
2.Double 2RS Rubber Sealing System
The two-side rubber sealing structure tightly locks internal grease inside the bearing cavity and effectively blocks dust, water vapor, metal debris and other external contaminants from entering the raceway. It avoids premature abrasion, rust and grease leakage, extending bearing service life by over 30% compared with open bearings.
3.Premium GCr15 Chrome Steel Construction
The inner ring, outer ring and steel balls are forged from 52100 chrome steel, processed through quenching and tempering heat treatment. The bearing surface reaches high hardness and wear resistance, resisting impact and abrasion under continuous rotation, suitable for long-time non-stop operation.
