On March 1, 2023, I received an inquiry from a Mexico buyer requesting our cost-effective cheap linear bearings and rails. After receiving the inquiry, I checked it at the first time.The inquiry given by the buyer was very detailed, clearly informing the demand quantity, the receiving address, the preferred mode of transportation,his WhatsApp, and so on. The buyer's information was also very complete, which can be judged that this is a very interested precise buyer. After replying to the quotation email in detail, I immediately added the buyer WhatsApp and once again sent our quotation to him via instant messaging.
But the buyer did not reply the quote on email, I once again sent him a screenshot of our cheap linear bearings and rails quotation through WhatsApp. This time, I quickly received a response. The buyer asked me to report the lead time and shipping cost, and immediately I asked the freight forwarder to calculate the shipping cost and report it. Then,there is only one thing he want us to do,which is shorten the lead time. Usually according to his requires,we need 10-15 days to produce.But he need urgently,so I ask factory technicina if we can do faster.After double confirmation,we can shorten lead time to 7 days.The buyer was very cheerful. After having no objections to the quotation, they directly asked me to start PI, and then arranged for T/T payment the next day.
After got customer's receipt,we start to produce immediately. After all bearings are ready, I take photos and send videos to the buyer. I try to display in detail of our cheap linear bearings and rails purchased by the customer in the pictures and videos, so that the buyer can have a practical understanding and experience of the quality of our products before receiving the goods.
After the buyer confirms that there are no issues with the pictures and video content, I will start arranging for shipment. And inform us that we will also follow up on the transportation situation.
