Although cup cone bearing can be used to work in high temperature environment, the highest temperature under different categories and models is not the same.

1, Cup cone bearing and journal fit is not uniform or contact surface is too small, the specific pressure per unit area is too large, most of this situation occurs in the new machine test run or new bearing bush;  Scraping and grinding bearing bush with color method, so that the contact surface meets the requirements, improve the specific pressure per unit area;  

2, Cup cone bearing deflection or crankshaft bending, distortion; Adjust the fit clearance appropriately, check the bending and distortion of the crankshaft, and replace the crankshaft or repair it according to the situation;  
3, bearing bush quality is not good, lubricating oil quality is not consistent, or oil blockage. Gear oil pump oil supply pressure is too low, and oil supply interruption, resulting in oil shortage of bearing bush, dry friction; Check the oil pipeline and gear oil pump with quality bearing bush, use quality lubricating oil, check and adjust the oil pump to make the pressure meet the requirements;  

4, Cup cone bearing have sundries or too much lubricating oil, or lubricating oil is too dirty.  Need to clean and replace new oil, adjust oil pressure;  
5. When the compressor is installed, the spindle and the motor spindle coupling are not aligned.The error is too large, resulting in the tilt of the two shafts.The concentricity of the two machines should be normalized and leveled, and the tolerance value should conform to the value specified in the machine manual.
