The chucks are required to be coaxial with the A datum and the step surface is perpendicular to the A datum.The chucks at both ends of the shaft are milling into flat 42H6, which is required to be symmetrical with the datum center of A and parallel at both ends.

Tooling production for eccentric rollers: two cans, the groove 42H7 is required to be symmetrical with the central hole B5, and the end face of the groove is perpendicular to the central hole.
The card can at both ends of the shaft, the eccentric direction of the card can should be consistent, through the groove of the card can and the flat shaft 42H7/ H6 with, control the direction of the eccentric;The eccentricity can be adjusted by adjusting the pressing screw on the card tank;Make the end face of the card tank and the step surface of the shaft pressed, to ensure that the center of the shaft and the center of the card tank parallel.
When the eccentric rollers shaft is machined, cut off both ends of the process chuck.
