Full complement roller bearing are designed to withstand heavy loads. At the same width, this type of full complement roller bearing has extremely high load-bearing capacity, small radial section, and can save space compared to traditional bearings with cages, but the speed is relatively low.
In order for the bearing to function normally, under continuous operation, the bearing must withstand a certain minimum load, i.e. C/P<25. Otherwise, insufficient lubrication and high-speed operation will exacerbate wear. All multi row full complement roller bearing have a lubrication groove and lubrication hole on the outer ring.

full complement roller bearing has two inner rings, which are connected together by clamping rings and cannot be separated. The outer ring has a middle edge that can withstand bidirectional axial loads and is used as a positioning bearing. Due to the large distance between the two rows of rollers, they can also withstand overturning torque. There are two stop grooves on the surface of the outer ring, which can be axially positioned. This type of full complement roller bearing is equipped with contact sealing rings on both sides, with lithium base inside.

The operating temperature of grease is limited to -40 ℃~+80 ℃. Under certain conditions, this type of full complement roller bearing does not require maintenance, but when there is water vapor or pollution during operation, and it is often operated at medium or high speeds, additional lubrication is necessary.
In situations where oil lubrication is used, the sealing ring needs to be removed and the lubricating grease inside the bearing needs to be cleaned. When oil lubrication is used, the rotation speed increases by 30%.
