Steel balls are essential in the bearing and crushing industries. Common steel balls include bearing steel balls, stainless steel balls, carbon steel balls, and alloy balls. Although steel balls are small, their load-bearing capacity and lifespan are crucial in the world of transmission, and their production process directly affects product quality.

The bearing steel balls used for large steel balls are also known as chromium steel balls or chromium steel balls. The main material is GCr15, American standard AISI52100, Japanese standard SUJ2, and German standard 100Cr6. The names of these levels vary, but they are all the same. Same material, namely high carbon chromium alloy bearing steel. This type of steel has high hardness and wear resistance, such as steel balls made of this material, which are mainly used for bearings.

The material of the large steel ball bearings is the same, but the prices of the same specifications vary greatly. Why? Due to different accuracies, i.e. different grades, the main indicators that determine the grade include: change in batch steel ball diameter, sphericity deviation, change in ball diameter, and surface roughness. The grade of steel balls is mainly represented by grade+numerical value. The smaller the numerical value, the higher the grade and the higher the accuracy. For example, G10, G16, G20, G40, G60, G100, G200, G1000, the higher the level, the higher price.

The stainless steel balls used for large steel ball bearings have good hardness, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and wear resistance. Solder balls are provided in a passivated state. It can be applied to special bearings, special pumps, circulating balls, pens, car seat belts and components.
Large steel ball bearings are widely used in transmission systems, with advantages such as low friction resistance, high limit speed, and low price. There are four common types of ball bearings:
