How to assembled linear bearing?
1, before the installation of sbr linear bearing must first remove the mechanical mounting surface burr, dirt and surface scar.Linear bearing is coated with anti-rust oil. Please clean the base level with cleaning oil before installation. Normally, the base level is easy to rust after removing anti-rust oil.
2. Place the sbr linear bearing on the bed table gently, and use the lateral fixing screw or other fixing fixture to make the rail fit the lateral mounting surface gently.Confirm whether the screw hole fits before installation and use. If the base machining hole does not fit and the bolt is locked forcibly, the combination accuracy and service quality will be greatly affected.
3. Tighten the positioning screw of the sbr linear bearing from the center to both sides in order to fit the track with the vertical mounting surface, and press it from the central position to both ends to obtain a stable accuracy.
4. Use a torque wrench to lock the torque one by one according to various materials, and slowly tighten the positioning screw of the sbr linear bearing slide track.
5. Use the same installation method to install the sub-rail, and install the sliding seat to the main rail and sub-rail individually.Note that after the installation of the sbr linear bearing on the slide seat, many subsequent accessories cannot be installed due to the limited installation space. The required accessories must be installed together at this stage.
