Plan esealed sealed thrust bearings mainly bears axial load in assembly and is widely used.Although the installation operation of sealed thrust bearings is relatively simple, errors often occur in the actual maintenance, that is, the bearing's tight ring and loose ring are not installed correctly.

When the tight ring is installed on the end face of the static part, it is misassembled.The inner ring of the tight ring is in transitional fit with the shaft neck. When the shaft rotates, the tight ring will be driven and friction will occur with the end face of the stationary part. When the axial force (Fx) is applied, the friction moment will be greater than the inner diameter fitting resistance moment, which will lead to forced rotation of the tight ring and the shaft fitting face and exacerbate the wear of the shaft neck.
