Processing roughness of lubrication-free sphere bearings: Regarding the influence of hardness and processing roughness, lubrication-free bearings and steel shafts tend to increase sliding noise when the processing roughness is large. However, the material of lubrication-free sphere bearings is relatively soft, so it will be rough when sliding. The surface is deformed and flat, so its influence is not great. The material of the steel shaft is relatively hard and there is no change when the surface is rough, so its influence is considerable.
