Stainless bearings and bearing steel bearings difference

What is the difference between stainless bearings and bearing steel bearings, what is the difference in use?
Bearing steel generally has a high carbon content to enhance wear resistance, while stainless bearings generally has a high Cr content of more than 12%, mainly in order to make use of its corrosion resistance.  
Compared with ordinary bearings, stainless bearings not only have obvious advantages in material, but also in process, precision control, more strict than ordinary bearings. In the working process, stainless bearings work steadily, low noise, corrosion resistance, widely used. 
AISI SUS440C stainless steel (National number: 9Cr18Mo, 9Cr18) is used for the material of bearing ring and rolling body, and AISI304 stainless steel (National number: 1Cr18) is used for the skeleton material of cage and sealing ring.  

Compared with ordinary bearing steel, stainless bearing have stronger rust and corrosion resistance, choose the right lubricant, dust cover, etc., can be used in the environment of -60℃~+300℃.  
Stainless bearings can resist corrosion caused by moisture and several other media.This kind of single row deep groove ball bearings and carbon chromium (rolling bearing) steel manufacturing standard deep groove ball bearings,with a deep bearing raceway groove, bearing raceway and ball fit is very high.  
Stainless bearing is widely used in food processing, medical equipment and medicine machinery due to high mechanical strength and large load capacity.  

Stainless bearings are generally used in low load mechanical transmission equipment. Because the bearing area of ball bearings is small, it is easy to cause serious mechanical damage in the case of high speed operation, so needle roller bearings are often adopted in heavy load mechanical transmission to increase the bearing surface, improve mechanical transfer efficiency, and reduce mechanical damage.
