There are four main factors that must be considered in the selection of stainless steel flange bearings, namely, the limit speed, the operating environment (whether it is in contact with corrosive objects such as acid and alkali), the operating temperature and the expected workload. Limit speed:
Limit speed, that is, the maximum allowable operating speed of the bearing. If this limit is exceeded, the working temperature of the stainless steel bearing will continue to rise, the lubricant will dry up, and the bearing will be stuck, so the limit speed of the selected bearing should be 10% higher than the predetermined maximum operating speed of the bearing.

Use environment:
Stainless steel flange bearings can prevent rust to a certain extent, but when the bearings are in very harsh corrosive environments, such as strong acid and alkali liquids, generally stainless steel bearings cannot be completely rusted, and the rust of the bearing will easily cause the bearing to be stuck. Therefore, it is necessary to select stainless steel bearings of different materials according to the different application environments.

Operating temperature:
Stainless steel flange bearings used in high temperature environments need special treatment. Usually, we will ask customers about the operating temperature and limit temperature in advance to prevent the bearing from being stuck or affecting production due to the high working temperature of the bearing.stainless steel flange bearings

Workload:
When considering the load factor, it should be noted that the life of stainless steel flange bearings is more sensitive to the load ratio to the rotational speed. When using multi-stage transmission shafts, the larger deceleration should be placed in the later stages; for the main shaft bearings, appropriate allocation should be made. The distance between the action point of the external load and the bearing fulcrum is to reduce the load of the main shaft bearing, and to ensure that the load transmitted to the main shaft bearing is stable to prevent shock and vibration.
