Thrust bearing sleeve is the most common component for bearings

The thrust bearing sleeve is the most common component for bearings with tapered holes to be positioned on cylindrical shafts because it can be used for optical or stepped shafts.  
The characteristics of thrust bearing sleeve:
This type of thrust bearing sleeve is easy to install and does not require additional fixation on the shaft. The bearing can be positioned at any position on the optical shaft when using a locking sleeve. When used together with the step ring on the step shaft, the bearing can be accurately positioned in the axial direction, and it is convenient to reverse discharge the bearing.   

The structure of thrust bearing sleeve:
The bearing sleeve is composed of the locking bushing, locking nut, locking washer (or locking card) and other parts.Set sleeves with lock nut and lock washer are interchangeable only in whole sets.  Parts from different sources are not interchangeable.  
Installation steps for thrust bearing sleeve:
1. Butter the inner diameter and outer diameter of the thrust bearing sleeve, the screw thread and the big end face of the back unloading sleeves.  

2. The tightening sleeve or ununloading sleeve and the bearing shall be assembled in one piece, and shall be preliminarily locked with the locking nut or hydraulic nut, and the end face (one oil hole for the tightening sleeve and two oil holes for the ununloading sleeve) shall be injected with high pressure oil by hand pump.  
3. Use the locking nut to adjust the bearing clearance, and directly lock it after the clearance is adjusted, or use the hydraulic nut to install the bearing to adjust the clearance, remove the hydraulic nut and then lock it with the locking nut.
