Vertical linear bearing application:
Linear bearing are increasingly widely used in precision equipment or special machinery industries such as electronic equipment, food machinery, packaging machinery, medical machinery, printing machinery, textile machinery, machinery, instruments, robots, tool machinery, CNC machine tools, automobiles, and digital three-dimensional coordinate measurement equipment.

Linear bearing clearance:
The inner and outer diameters of linear bearing adjustment type and open type bearings are measured before cutting, and there may be some elastic deformation after cutting.
The clearance should be installed in the bearing seat for measurement.The adjustment direction of vertical linear bearing seat with adjustable clearance should be perpendicular to the direction of the bearing cutting edge to ensure uniform clearance.
The structural characteristics of vertical linear bearing cannot be rotated, and good guidance is required. Therefore, vertical linear bearing are generally used in a combination of two shafts+four sets of bearings or two shafts+two sets of extended bearings.

The installation of the two shafts should be flat and straight. After the entire combination is assembled, the transmission mechanism can only be installed flexibly and without obstruction when pushed or pulled by hand, The transmission power should be sufficient to overcome the frictional resistance of the bearings, and the frictional resistance of linear bearings is approximately one thousandth of the working load.
Maintenance of metal vertical linear bearing:
Lubrication and friction: Inject anti-corrosion oil inside the vertical linear bearing. If lubricating with grease, first remove the anti-corrosion oil with kerosene or organic solvent, air dry, and then add lubricating grease.
If lubricating with oil, it is not necessary to remove the anti-corrosion oil. According to temperature changes, ISO viscosity grade VG15-100 lubricating oil can be selected. Shaft lubrication can be supplied from the oil supply pipe or from the oil hole on the outer bearing seat.
