A customer from Malaysia Ordered 3mm steel balls

  One of my Malaysia new customer sent me a request in 2021.Not like other customers,who order bearings or oil seal usually,the customer asked me if we provide steel balls separately.Perhaps due to the pandemic, there were no purchase orders in 2019,and now things go better.They need some steel balls for their project.This is not a usual case,at first,I even don't understand his meaning.I thought he wanted a kind of ball bearing,which 3mm steel balls need to be embed.

  Then,after several times conversation,I finally figured out his meaning.They need 3mm steel balls,in bulk,not bearing.Then I asked our factory staff,if we can provide steel balls only.And fortunately,the answer is yes.Because we have our own factory,and since we can manufacture,of course we can provide spare parts from bearings.Like balls,rollers,rings.After knowing this,I was happy that we can help our customer.Then comes another issue,customer wanted some samples first,then about 5000 pieces.But such tiny balls,we usually won't sell 10 pcs.Meantime,I can understand customer's feeling,they thought sample is important,they must test our quality before big quantity.Then I applied to my manager,if can make adjustment for customers.And yes,my manager agreed,he also believe this is the better way to convince customer.

  Next,all things go simple,we dispatched sample parcel to customer immediately.After 1 week,they received the parcel,and did some tests,like hardness,material analysis,precision check.We waited several days,hope to get good news from customer.About another 7 days,customer texted me,I'm a liitle nervous,and he said after test,our quality is good,can be used in their project.And they were ready to purchase bulk.We were so glad to hear this,and start to prepare more.

We took 2-3 days to prepare goods,and ship ASAP.And customer start their project once they received the goods.After several weeks,customer gave me feedback that the 3mm steel balls were working well.They wanted to know that if we also have other size steel balls,maybe they need more in the future.I said yes,whenver they need,hope we can offer customers more choices!~
