The causes of 6307 z bearing heating are different, so the solution is different. The following is the solution when the temperature of 6307 z bearing is overheating:  
1. The fat filling method, the so-called fat filling method, is to fill an appropriate amount of grease regularly to the working surface of the 6307 z bearing. It is one of the most commonly used grease lubrication methods.  
2, the oil cup method, the oil cup method is to set a screw cap type oil cup or oil pressure cup on the bearing seat, and regularly turn the screw cap or oil gun to inject the fat.  This is also a common form of grease lubrication.

6307 z bearing heating precautions  
1. Place the yoke on the end face of the host.  
2. Insert the plug into the power socket with a control switch.  
3. Check whether the grounding cable is in good condition and test with a test electrostylus after electrifying.  
4. Press the start button to power on the host.  

5. Check that the yoke should have no voltage to the ground.  
6. Press the stop button to power off the host and stop heating.  
7, according to different specifications of micro bearings or other workpiece, choose different yoke iron sleeve, put the yoke iron on the top surface of the main engine, should be consistent and smooth.
