Notice in the use process for bearing NUP

Bearing NUP has a stopper on one side of the inner ring and a stopper on both sides of the outer ring
Bearing NUP usually refers to a bearing that is subjected to radial forces. Compared with ball bearings of the same size, it has a 1.5-3 times higher radial load-bearing capacity, good rigidity, and impact resistance. It is particularly suitable for rigidly supported, short supported, and thermally extended shafts that cause axial displacement, as well as machine accessories that require separate bearings for installation and disassembly. Single row cylindrical roller bearings are mainly used for large motors, machine tool spindles, engine front and rear support shafts, train and passenger car axle supports, diesel engine crankshafts, automotive and tractor transmissions, etc.

Notice for bearing NUP use:
1. In normal use, the damage to bearings caused by vibrations is quite significant, including peeling, indentation, rust, cracks, wear, etc., which will be reflected in the vibration measurement of bearings. So, by using special bearing oscillation measuring devices (frequency analyzers, etc.), the size of the oscillation can be measured, and the specific abnormal situation can be inferred through frequency distribution. The measured values may vary depending on the application conditions of the bearing NUP or the orientation of the sensor device. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze and compare the measured values of each machine in advance to determine the discrimination criteria.
2. High temperature is harmful to the smoothness of bearings. Sometimes overheating of bearing NUP can be attributed to the lubricant used in the bearings. If the bearing is transferred continuously for a long time at a temperature exceeding 125 ℃, the bearing life will decrease. The causes of high temperature bearings include: lack of smoothness or excessive smoothness, impurities in the bearing raceway, excessively high limit speed, and prolonged overload operation of the bearings.

3. Invisible fine dust entering the bearing NUP can also add wear, oscillation, and noise to the bearings. Cylindrical roller bearings and their surrounding accessories should be kept clean, especially dust and dirt, and the working environment must be kept clean.
4. Be careful when using the device. Do not forcefully punch, do not directly hit the bearing NUP with a hammer, and do not transfer pressure through the rolling body.
5. Use appropriate and correct equipment. Try to use specialized items as much as possible, such as specialized heaters and pullers, and make every effort to prevent the use of fabrics and short fibers.

6. Prevent rusting of bearing NUP. When directly taking the bearings by hand, be sure to wash off the sweat on your hands and apply high-quality mineral oil before proceeding. Pay special attention to rust prevention during the rainy season and summer. However, under some special operating conditions, cylindrical roller bearings can achieve a lifespan that is better suited for traditional calculations, especially under light loads. These special operational prerequisites are that when the rolling surface (trajectory and rolling parts) is effectively separated and constrained by a smooth oil film, the surface damage that may be caused by pollutants may occur.
