NN, NNU type

NN bearing has no guard edge on the outer ring and middle guard edge on both sides of the inner ring.Two axial displacements can be allowed between the shafts and the housings.
NNU type double cylindrical roller bearing has outer ring with middle ring and inner ring without inner ring.Two axial displacements can be allowed between the shafts and the housings.Therefore, this kind of structure is suitable for movable end bearing.Most retainers of this type of bearings are made of solid retainers.
NNF type

NNF type double cylindrical roller bearing is a double row full of cylindrical roller bearing, bearing by a central flange outer ring, two double flange inner ring structure.The roller is guided by the guard edge of the inner ring, and the two inner rings are fixed together with the fastening ring.The structure can bear not only radial load and axial load, but also overturning moment, so it is often used as fixed end bearing.
NNF type double cylindrical roller bearing with contact seal on both sides.The bearing is filled with grease. The working temperature of the grease is from -50℃ to +110℃, but due to the limitation of sealing materials, the working temperature of the bearing is limited to between -40℃ and +80℃.Under good operating conditions, the sealed NNF double cylindrical roller bearing does not need to be maintained.
