Installation of high speed tapered roller bearing:

Two, high speed tapered roller bearing outer ring and bearing box hole also adopt dynamic matching, first put outer ring A into the bearing box.  When leaving the factory, the outer ring, the inner ring and the inner and outer ring are printed with the word character symbol, which must be installed in the bearing box according to the sequence of character symbols.  Not arbitrarily interchangeable, in order to prevent the change of bearing clearance.
Three. After all the parts are loaded into the bearing box, the inner ring and the inner ring, the outer ring and the outer ring are axially close.  
Measure the width of the gap between the end face of the outer ring and the cover plate of the bearing box to determine the thickness of the corresponding sealing gasket. 
Cage of high speed tapered roller bearing:
High speed tapered roller bearing generally use steel plate stamping, basket cage, but when the size is larger, also use car solid pillar cage.  
1. When the bearing outer diameter D≤650mm, steel plate stamping cage is used, and the code for the rear cage is not marked.  
2. When the bearing outer diameter D>650mm, steel solid pillar cage is used, and the code for the rear cage is not marked.
