4.Fatigue
Fatigue ring breaking is a common damage mode of bearings. Common reasons for fatigue and ring breakage may be: long-term overload operation of bearings;  Not timely maintenance;   Equipment aging.  
Suggestion: Select the appropriate precision single row roller bearing type and replace the fatigue bearing regularly and in time.
