If oil lubrication is used, it is not necessary to remove the anti-corrosion oil. According to temperature changes, ISO viscosity grade VG15-100 lubricating oil can be selected. Shaft lubrication can be supplied from the oil supply pipe or from the oil hole on the outer bearing seat.
Maintenance of plastic linear motion slides bearings: As the sliding film inside the plastic linear bearing is made of self-lubricating plastic, it does not require additional oil supply and maintenance during use; Moreover, due to the plastic linear bearing having a chip removal groove, even if the bearing or shaft is filled with dust, there is no need to maintain it. Dust will automatically be carried out of the chip removal groove during movement; Only when the sliding film wears out and fails, can the internal sliding film be replaced directly.
