What is Slide Square Linear Rail Guide?

 Linear guide rail, also known as square linear rail, slide rail, linear guide rail, or linear slide rail, can be divided into three types: roller linear guide rail, cylindrical linear guide rail, and ball linear guide rail. Used in high-precision or high-speed linear reciprocating motion scenarios, and can bear a certain amount of torque, achieving high-precision linear motion under high loads.

Operational principle:
  It can be understood as a rolling guide, which is made up of steel balls rolling infinitely between the slider and the square linear rail, allowing the load platform to easily move in a high-precision linear motion along the guide rail, and reducing the friction coefficient to one-fifty of that of ordinary traditional sliding guide, which can easily achieve high positioning accuracy. The final unit design between the slider and the guide rail allows the linear guide rail to withstand loads in various directions such as up, down, left, right, etc. The patented reflux system and simplified structural design make the linear guide rail move more smoothly and with low noise.

  The basic function of the fixed component (guide rail) of the square linear rail system is like a bearing ring, a bracket for installing steel balls, with a shape of "v". The bracket wraps around the top and two sides of the guide rail. In order to support the working components of the machine tool, a set of linear guides has at least four brackets. Used to support large working components, the number of brackets can be more than four.
