Loosen the bolts fixing the stainless pillow block bearings seat.Remove the bearing from the shaft along with the housing.Note before dismounting the housing at one end of the shaft.The stainless pillow block bearing seat bolt at the other end of the shaft should be loosened to avoid the damage caused by the two ends of the bearing being different from each other.

Installation steps and precautions for stainless pillow block bearing:
1. Before installing the stainless pillow block bearings on the shaft, it is necessary to remove the fixed pin of the bearing jacket, polish and clean the surface of the shaft neck, and oil the shaft neck for rust prevention and lubrication (allow the bearing to rotate slightly on the shaft).
2. Lubricate the stainless pillow block bearings seat and the matching surface of the bearing, and put the bearing into the bearing seat.Then the assembled stainless pillow block bearing and stainless pillow block bearing seat together on the shaft.Push to the desired location for installation.

3. Do not tighten the bolts fixing the bearing seat first, and let the bearing coat rotate in the bearing seat.Install the other end bearing and seat on the same shaft, turn the shaft several times, let the bearing itself automatically find the correct position.Then tighten the pillow block bearing bolts.
4. Install eccentric sleeve.Firstly, the eccentric sleeve is set on the eccentric step of the inner sleeve of the stainless pillow block bearing, and is tightened by hand along the rotation direction of the shaft.
