If the hardness of high chromium balls is reached, they must be treated by heat treatment and quenching.At present, there are many quenching methods for high chromium steel balls at home and abroad, such as oil quenching, air quenching, water agent solution, etc. If the detected hardness (HRC) is less than 54 degrees, it indicates that the hardness of high chromium ball is insufficient or has not been quenched at all.
