Structure classification for double roller ball bearing

Double roller ball bearing can bear large radial load mainly radial and axial combined load and torque load, limiting the axial displacement of the two sides of the shaft.It is mainly used for limiting axial displacement of shaft and shell.
Structure classification for double roller ball bearing:
(1) standard design of type A bearing with outer diameter less than or equal to 90mm.There is no loading gap, so it can bear the same bidirectional axial load.Light glass fiber reinforced nylon 66 cage, bearing temperature rise is very small.

(2) standard design of type B bearing with outer diameter greater than 90mm.One side is notched for ball loading and equipped with steel plate stamping cage or brass solid cage.
(3) type C is a reinforced structure with a hole in one side for more steel balls, so it has a higher bearing capacity.
(4) double-row double roller ball bearing with dust cover on both sides and seal ring on both sides can have dust cover (non-contact) or seal ring (contact) on both sides.The inner of the sealed bearing is filled with anti-rust lithium base grease, and the operating temperature is generally -30~+110℃.No more lubrication is required during use. No heating or cleaning should be done before installation.

Double roller ball bearing application
Compared with single-row double roller ball bearing, double roller ball bearing have better rigidity and can withstand overturning moment.The bearings are non-separable.Especially suitable for the application of high rigidity requirements.It is widely used in the front wheel hub of small cars (some models also use double-row tapered roller bearings of the same size).
The performance characteristics of double roller ball bearing:
The declinability between the inner and outer rings of the double-row angular contact ball bearing is limited. The allowable declination Angle depends on the internal clearance of the bearing, bearing size, internal design and the force and moment acting on the bearing.
